Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Recently I noticed that the entire server will lag, for like 20 seconds, and then all of a sudden everything will just catch up. Sometimes it will also disconnect you.

Is this just me or has anyone else noticed this?

Never experienced anything like that (been playing for about a week now).

Where do you live? I get it every night (8PM-12AM CST) at random times in the USA. I think last night it only happened once, but it can happen pretty regularly throughout the night. I will need to start looking at the clock when it starts happening to give better information.

I live in germany. Maybe it's an issue with US connections?

CZ in Europe and I rarely (eg. once per 4 hour session) get a strange lag where I'm still able to move but environment is unresponsive. Sometimes after a while it DC's, sometimes it catches up, in hilarious manner.

Last time I froze on a gryphon just when it landed at FP and my druid suddenly got a gryphon walking mount, felt nice.

Thanks for the responses. It seems like everyone is experiencing it. It also has happened to be usually during a certain time. I wonder if it has something to do with applying hotfixes or something like that.

I get this so often! Mainly in raids, everything stops updating (if a guildie is running when this happens, they keep running straight, forever) then every 20-30 seconds the game "updates". Rinse and repeat, each time my ms increases by about 800. 850ms...1750ms....2600 ms... etc. Stays like this until I restart my PC. Sometimes I can still talk in vent/discord, sometimes I can't. It's extremely annoying and I can't seem to find a solution to it.

I had the problem for about 4 months starting in July (I think?) then it stopped a few weeks ago. All the sudden, first ZG run on live realm and it starts up again.

If ANYONE has a solution, please let me know. I am dying to figure out this problem. (Only occurs on Nostalrius, other servers are fine.)
