unconfirmed for 2015/12. Azuregos was released 44 days after release of PvP server. its been 47 days on PvE so far, should we be expecting him around realm restart this week ?

I'd expect him on the 29st.

Was Azuregos announced when he would start spawning on the PVP server (as in exact date of release) or did he just get thrown into the mix in April and started spawning without anyone knowing unless you saw it in Aszhara?

well...
there was a big uproar of when azzy and kazzak came out. they released them in phases 1 at a time to hype up the server and encourage world pvp.

honestly, it should be 2 or 3 months after ony and rag die from both factions (If I recall correctly) or the next item update patch.

Jaedan, Mandosz and Poplockndrop have both been informed of when the dragon will spawn by their contacts on the inside.
