Toxic player alert! Beware.

Hey everyone. Wanted to give a heads up on an extremely toxic player that you should probably avoid. This kind of behavior is inexcusable and in my opinion be handled with by a ban, but of course that is up to the discretion of the moderators of this server. Normally I would just go on with my life and not even bat an eye at this kind of stuff, but this guy was very persistent and I think this should be seen.

This image contains very colorful language. It all started when someone messaged me about my name.... then turned into multiple character harassment (by the same person) and even creation of new characters just to keep messaging me. I had to leave for a work related issue so I wasn't able to report it in game (if that's even a thing) so I wanted to post it here. I spoke to this person's GM about this but didn't follow up with the result.

Omitted guild names and some player names.

Sorry to hear you encounteded someone that immature. Harassment of any kind is not tolerated on Nostalrius. You should report this in-game to a GM though rather than on the forums. You can do so with the following steps in-game from the menu bar: ? > Issues the GMs can help with > Behavior / Harassment > Report Verbal Harassment. Just give a brief description of what happened and post the screenshot you posted here and the GMs will take action if need be.

Just ignore him, pretend he doesn't exist. As long as you react to his actions, he is winning. If you are committed to react like that to every moron that throws shit your way, you are in for a loong haul, mate.It's like stepping on a fresh turd: can't argue with it. Clean your shoe and keep going.
Remember: for dumbasses like that one the greatest possible disgrace is to be ignored! He craves attention, don't give him that satisfaction!

pretty sure a ban is in order here. This goes well above the normal "youre a fucking asshole for likeing something i dont like" - retardation most go by. Shame you took out the guildnames. Naming and shaming is the best way to go about such things
