I didn't bother to check the screenshot. Question was if it was exploitation. If he wish to report the guy, he should do an in-game ticket anyway.

Posted: Wed Jan 13, 2016 7:30 pmIt's impossible to flag pvp on the PvE server by killing faction NPCs. It is a bug.
Report the guy for the disruption, but all over you can see players killing opposite faction mobs (Sisters in Ashenvale for instance) without being flagged.
