I never said you couldn't being helpful. BUT flooding the world chat, that is used for trading and group finding is directly the opposite for a lot of ppl tbh. You're removing their ability to use that channel to find groups or trade, which i will translate into the opposite of helpful.

Having giveaways are completely fine, as long as they are legit and not against the rules. Just make your own channel for it! Announce it now and then in world chat, so there's only 1 line of chat instead of 50.

Trade channel is only usable when in a major city. Looking for group is used, but not nearly as much as world. Guild recruitment channel wtf? That channel is only available to guildless people, and is pretty much extinct.

What is the issue with making your own channel?
