Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I'm looking to start playing on this server, and I've heard a lot of great things about it. I played during Vanilla, and really miss those times. However, I healed/tanked through most of Vanilla and now I want a DPS experience. I was just curious what the server is hurting for DPS-wise? I'm pretty open to playing any of them, so I don't really have a favorite at this point.

Rogue/war dps is prob easiest dps to find.

Lock/mage hardest to find.

Though as Cer also said, Rogues and Warriors are everywhere so you have a bit more competition. Though, I'd disagree with mages being hard to find, I see plenty of them.

Thing is there are very few classes for DPS since most groups are not fully willing to take hybrid classes as their damage tends to lack a little bit, or due to stigma. Best advice I can give is try to avoid playing something reliant on lots of debuffs at least until ZG releases and we get 16 debuffs for a limit. That'll possibly open the doors to other classes having raid slots, no promises however.

Warriors are the easiest to gear if you are willing to tank 5 mans to gear up. Just stay fury, use tanking gear, and roll on both dps and tank gear. Just let them know in advance that you are rolling on dps gear.

If you don't want to tank at all, then mage or lock is the best option since they are needed most.
