Fresh guilds?

I started a warrior, and am thinking of tanking on her and I was wondering if there are any fresh guilds that plan to do raiding in the near future but are still leveling. I dont mean a guild that does raiding but have levelers in it, I mean a guild that is everyone leveling then going to raid once people get max. If not it's fine I am just curious 
A little about me: I started playing in '05 with my older brother and haven't stopped playing WoW to this day, though I never did any max level content until Wotlk in which I stopped once I did a couple dungeons to make alts. BUT I do plan on getting to max level this time >:) Also I'm not a pro I'm more casual, but I do want to experience most if not all of the raid content and progress through at the same time with a guild of people that are also progressing through
P.S. I don't mind if your'e a guild that raids, my main concern is joining a guild and not getting any help (If I reach 60) to do my attns. and gear a bit, you dont have to help me everystep of the way, just maybe lend me a hand every once in a while especially since I havent done max level content. I am also available at A LOT of times, but I would have to see your schedules before I can confirm or deny times if in case you are curious.
