If you're talking about retail vanilla then Onyxia was killed almost 3 months before Ragnaros.

Well I ment both in Game and In the Story. But it's good to know who fell first in game too.

But since she was the only one in her raid I doubted she lasted longer

This is probably the best I can find for what you're looking for. I don't think anyone has made a consolidated post for specifically only raid bosses.

This timeline explains some things that are in WoW when it launched, such as the Trogg invasion of Gnomeragan.

Poor Gnomes. I between Wrath and Caty the Trolls got Echo Island back but the gnomes only got part of their city back
