I can do the summoning event in DM needed for warlock mount

pst ingame for gold price and arrangements. Im usually available to do it in the afternoon/evenings ( server time). Earlier especially on weekends.

What mats need to be bought to be able to get to the correct part of the quest? Do the quests requiring dark iron ore, black dragonscale etc need to be done or is just the Jaedenar demon part for the stardust enough?

You need to do both. Just the stuff to summon it (sold by vendor) isn't needed when another lock summons for you.
