Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

So I tried an Ironman challenge on live and liked it, but I just don't like live servers. I like Nostalrius much more. I was wondering if anyone here has thought about doing the pacifist challenge, or if anyone has any idea about how to go about it. There's exploration, sure, but are there any other pacifist means of gaining exp?

I don't think it's possible to get to maxlvl without killing anything. Sure there are some quests where you need to pick up something, but not enough to get enough xp. Leveling takes much more time in vanilla than on retail.

Alone with a bit discovering (like 2-3 zones in total) I had a char level 8.

Discovering the entire world in vanilla will not take you further than lvl 20-25ish max.

Don't forget, there are a lot of quests that are in the game that do not require you to kill any mobs. You can add those to your challenge to help advance you closer to you goal of level 60.

You might have to do a good amount of research of the quests in Vanilla. However, it would be quite an accomplishment if you reached level 60 without killing a single mob. Good luck on your challenge.
