Edit since. you posted in pve specific section, I assume you are on pve realm, so wait until at least ZG release.

thanks for the reply Uzephi. Will use this in 5 man dungeons and for non rage capped tanking. Crits while cleaving/heroic striking do some good threat. Only 4 more months until ZG on PVE server
