Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Our Guild was Doing UBRS and when we got to the Rend Event and When our Tank Died It DeSpawned the Event Then started it back up again after a few seconds Killed someone then DeSpawned again after that person was dead until our whole party was dead. After we SS and Ressed everyone up the event started without us starting it and killed everyone again. has Anyone else Encountered this Bug?

Aswell If you are at Rend and Die at Him The Event Starts Again when you Come back and Pull Him. And Once You DO Kill HIm The Door Doesnt Open
