Character transfer from PVP to PVE server

Only Dire Maul is released. Patch 1.4 (including AV) is scheduled for some time in March.

What about having xfer possible for chars under lvl 50 ?
I know I'd xfer all my toons then, since pvp is not fun with ~2sec delay on everything.

alrdy on it mate, ditched my 48 rogue on the buggy server for a shiny new lvl 6 lock (atm) on the pve server, which is rly nice my spells go off at the right time, my target doesnt randomly jump to diffferent locations so i cant hit it etc.. I'm enjoying it

I've been thinking about rolling here since PVP server has too many tanks it is impossible to get into a guild that needs tanks. (Since i'll never dps or heal again) But i just got 60 a few weeks ago and might wait a while that 1-60 sucks as a warrior.

Is it really that much of a difference in lag and what not? I mean, its a noticeable for sure but whats the PvP atmosphere like on the PvE server? How often do BGs pop?
