I'm fairly sure that when you get a queue it is due to problems rather than a cap being put on the server. Normally when you get a queue it is just after a crash and it rushes by as the loginserver processes the logins or whatever.

from what ive read round he forums appears theres some patch/maintenance work ongoing. probly gonna be like this for a day or 2. ah well, back to world of tanks for a couple days
