Ok im super confused!

Ok i just made a palyl got it lvl 5 about to goto Stormwind so i walked in to sw and i said in /4 and /2 Looking for a guild and in within 2 mins it said my account was banned what for i havent done anything wrong

You most likely got banned by the chat spam detection.

These bans are a lot of times false positives.

A gamemaster will initiate the unban once he sees your appeal, but for doing that he needs your character name.

Try to avoid using public chat channels below level 15 after you got unbanned.
