Can we pay for lvl 60?

I have played WoW from vanilla all the way through WoD with multiple toons all capped every expansion (except for vanilla).

I really want to experience the vanilla endgame content again, however, I just can't bring myself to level through it any more. I just can't. Can we pay for a lvl 60 character?

No and this will never happen. This have been clearly stated by the development team. Its not blizz like and if they ever accept payment for playing Nostalrius can be shut down for profiting on Blizzards game.
