Actually it was my quote I wanted, because - if that is correct - it means PvE cannot use the TBC server until a PvE version is made.

However, we will still have to wait 1-2 more years before seeing the server, and as GM's wrote: not all details are yet in place.

Please quote where you read that PvE transnfers won't be possible.

No. We have no plans on allowing anything like this and it would be a massive extra workload that would have to be done ostly manually.

That doesn't reference transferring your character from PvE or PvP. That references the ability to change your faction, name, class and appearance.

Well, you do at least bring up an issue.

It appears we're getting mixed information.

The first paragraph of the announcement does state that transfers will be available on both PvE and PvP. But then the link you gave to a post from Pottu references transferring from PvE to PvP isn't set in stone.
