Entitlement levels are dangerously high.
Soon means they don't know exactly when, but in the near future.
If you want to speed up the process you should try volunteering as a dev.

I know exactly what you mean OP.
It is unplayable far too often for a game that requires so much of your TIME already.
Because as I see it, this thread is about time not entitlement.
I've had the exact same issue with this server in all aspects; leveling, pvp, and raids.
And all we want is this: a reasonable answer to a reasonable question.
Why is that so important? Because we all invest a literal sh*tload of time into this game and saying "Soon" could be - like OP stated - 1 month or 5 months. Big difference.
"Well if you wanna quit then just quit noob" It's not that simple at all.
We all love this game, and it could be worth spending time on.
But for some of us, we value our time outside of the game also, and if it remains unplayable for too long than you're better off investing time in something else. But that's only IF you value your time.
So OP, valid point. And it could be answered in a slightly different manner that gives us better information about the situation and thus a better vantage point to make an important decision... instead of "Soon".

Keep in mine we're not paid to do this, it is what we do in our spare time (read: we all have full time jobs + family obligations). Just because you want something immediately, does not mean you will get it. Stop acting entitled. Thread locked.
