Instead of raging on the forums, make a GM ticket if someone circumvents a /ignore as that is harassment and will be dealt with. Same with the non-English chat in public chat channels.

I do not understand how players are capable of doing exactly that when someone writes Russian or Spanish in the chat but when it's empty boxes or Chinese, suddenly the only option is to spam the forums in turn.

We have plenty of players who use the French and German clients - preventing non-EN clients from connecting would be a great hindrance to them. Not to mention that it wouldn't stop the gold farmers and leveling service advertisers who already largely use the English client and who exist because there is a market for them.
