Human priest can't learn "Feedback", bugged?

I can't learn "Feedback" spell rank1 from any priest trainer. i can see feedback rank2-rank5 from human side priest trainer.

Anyone expriences the same problem?

This is 1st time play priest. i have lvl to 55, and just learned i miss out this spell.

I googled the problem, that suggest this spell ability trigger by a lvl20 priest class quest. some say it begin from goldshire, some say from carthdal high priestness.

i have checked all the priest trainers around stromwind city and goldshire, none of them give me quest, or teach me spell. So i wonder if this quest is bugged?

Anyone have one idea? what should i do?

It may be an NPC near a trainer. Sorry, never leveled a human priest so I can't give you more help. A friend of mine DID get the spell as he was leveling his, it is definitely out there somewhere.

Talk to High Priest Rohan in Ironforge, who gives you a quest to talk to High Priestess Laurena in Stormwind. Alternatively talk to Brother Joshua in Stormwind, who gives you the same quest. Completing that quest teaches you the rank 1 of the spell. If you cannot talk to either of these NPCs, delete your WDB folder while your client is closed and try again. If that doesn't help either, make a GM ticket and explain your issue including the steps you have taken. Note that you need a senior GM to assist you at that point and they can only do it when you're online, so you might have to wait a few days.
