I was more or less forced to take a vacation. Well, I was. So I'm home and is a little bored right now. I am working on a project for my failed YT channel but have -to- many ideas to get started. It's nice to be able to focus on something to clear my mind. So I don't really agree on your observation.

Every day chinese players cripple the server for many hours at the peak times.

Lets say a fact, the server lags more when we have 13k ppl (obv) but i may ask you all, when ppl raid or play more? usually after work or school, we can say between 4pm to 12pm.

The 11-13k is reached at 1:30/2:00 pm to17/18 pm (server time), now guess what time is in china at this time? well when we start to lag more its 9 pm in china.

Thats a fact.

Now, i want to wpvp and i cant go to the Pve server because of reason, at that point if we want everybody play free etc etc (so we're not racist scum bla bla), just make another pvp server and give a free transfer, gg.

Feel free to pay for that server and recruit the GMs necessary to answer tickets on that server too Bradley. Do remember that so far, the Nostalrius team has paid the vast majority of all upkeep costs, though donations have helped. All the team members are unpaid volunteers. So not only do none of us get paid, running the server is actually a financial drain. Please keep that in mind when you feel the urge to demand that Nostalrius should make even more servers.
