Gordok Ogre Suit (DM North)

I completed the quest The Gordok Ogre Suit and I was expecting Knot to teach me the pattern (which requires less less mats) since I'm a tailor...but he didn't give me the option to learn it. I went back & talked to him on later runs, but he still wouldn't teach it. Is this function bugged on Nost, or am I just missing something? I can't find any bug reports on this yet.
I can recall my toon on retail being able to learn the pattern.

Can't remember if suit was a LW recipe or not... Though you should be able to learn it once you save the goblin guy, although it may have come in at a later patch.

There is usuallly the option for tailors and leatherworkers to learn how to make the suit for half the required mats when compared to the quest.

Could come in a later patch, but this is 1.3 content. Might be able to tell when spell IDs 22813 & 22815 were added, though.

Got comments from September/December of 2005 saying tailors and leatherworkers can learn it from him. Takes 275 to learn it according to the comment from Thottbot (first Thottbot link). In the second link you can find people talking about learning it from him as well. The second link is from 2007, and the comment time is two years prior so this likely should be in with the DM release from the start (second Thottbot link, "by Kwantum, 2.1 years ago").

LW and Tailors both should learn how to make the recipe themselves once they free Knot. The recipe requires approximately 1/2 of the materiel needed when compared to doing the Quest from Knot.

This is, in fact, a server error. The people saying "The recipes never existed" are 100% talking out of their asses and have no clue what they're actually talking about.

It's just a quest, that gives you a suit as an item. You hand in the mats to the goblin, he gives you a suit. It's a repeatable quest, I don't know why it comes up as LW or Tailoring pattern, that's false.

Statements like this should never be made.
