Chinese spam again but GM is afk, why?

Much like Blizzard, Nostalrius only cares about the bragging rights on their facebook page. They love spouting how many players they have, sadly they couldn't care less what it means about the quality of the server.

I noticed the same thing a long time ago. It's why I left for the other well-known PvP server.

It may only have 1/5th the population, but it feels much more like the retail experience.

If we "couldn't care less" about quality, we would not have fixed the lag and crash issues from March 2015 when population peaked at 5k, or in the summer when it peaked 7k or early last winter when it peaked 10k. We would not have introduced dynamic respawn rates, first for mobs and then for herbs and mining nodes. We would not have spent all this time combating spammers, botters, hackers and gold sellers.

You don't have to lick our virtual boots but please, at least stick to facts if you want to criticize us.

GMs do more than "just" answer tickets. We handle the ban appeals, other Support/Account forum issues, hunt down bots and multiboxers, monitor AFK'rs in battlegrounds and so on.
