One of them might be using an accented character not shown by your addon.

Since it's 2x hunters it could also be the same dude with some weird DC bug keeping the lvl 16 online.

Possible reason :

Multiboxer using different alphabet letter and for Example is this : O vs О

What is the difference between the 2x O ? , well in our eyes there is no difference.

But suddenly 1st O was "western" O , 2nd О was "cyrilic" О .

Both will shown the same when you write /who o , but they do match and are written because of different alphabet using.
