Items dissapearing in the mail?

I'm mailing my bank alt items ( with 0 addons running) . I'm just getting a letter of the item but no actual item.
Sooo? Anyone else noticing this or what?

Edit: Had some friends mail their alt some items and they are getting "Item not found" when they open the mail. No items on our main or alt.

There seemed to be a few people complaining of this in trade chat - I emailed a grey item to my alt and the mail was there but the attachment was missing. I have tried again and it seems to be working now but there was a period of time where emails were broken and people lost their items and gold.

Lost a black lotus to this - I wouldn't mail anything right now, as there is a near-zero chance the GMs will reimburse you for the bug.
