Is this quest working right now? I fished for about two hours at Misty Reed Strand (Swamp of Sorrows) and at Savage Coast (Stranglethorn Vale) and caught nothing .

Make sure you're at the right spot, are using a lure and are not in a raid group.

Doesn't matter where you fish it drops in the entire zone as long as you're on the coast.
Get a lure and as stated above be sure that you're not in a raidgroup.

Working make sure you're not in raid and have a lure, some can take a bit some can be fast.
