As you said, you "will be releasing the source code, and anonymized players data (encrypting personal account data), so the community as a whole will decide the form of the future of Nostalrius."

I just wanted to add that it seems reasonable to me to release the source-data from the 5th of Avril (before you announced the end of nostalrius)

Many characters has been deleted and gold was given away by desperates.

What I'm really hoping is that everyone will from now on contribute to a public source so all the servers can use it as a base to improve. There is just too many teams all working on the same functionality and I already see it happen that we will again see a lot of privately-developed spin-offs based on the Nostalrius source.

not going to happen, the way the pserver dev community is acting this will never ever happen unless humanity abandons the concept of money.

What is the "source code"? Standalone server with client is better for offline players..
