Can we sue for Violation of our 1st Amendment right?

Here in the USA that is. Not about them shutting down the server. But for them giving us 30 days bans on the forum for posting our opinions about blizzard opening a vanilla server or allowing other people to run a vanilla server.

That's NOT violating your freedom of speech. That's you violating their Terms of Use for the forums board. That's like saying I invite you into my home, and them tolerate / advocate whatever comes of your mouth especially if it offends/ causes me issues. While I don't like the shut down of Nost, all WoW related items and services are Blizz's property (including our "using" their boards under there terms). All services are a privilege, not a right. They are not required to leave up anything they don't want to honestly.

I would imagine that since it's on their forums it is within their right to do with people however they wish. Kinda like how you can tell someone to shut the fuck up and leave if they're in your own home.

It may not be nice, but they can do it.
