Although it may be different in Iceland with copyright law, Nostalrius/OVH was also approached by French lawyers, not American ones, and DMCA wasn't used here either; it was a Cease&Desist based on French laws, not US ones.
True dat.
But i think the Icelandic goverment is alot more reserved when it comes to a C&D order.
