As we wait for the end!

Well, as I'm sitting here waiting for the end of the greatest private server project. I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the Dev team, GMs, Forums mods and anyone else involved in Nostalrius begins. You guys truly brought us the best version of WoW that easily rivaled any experience I had in retail vanilla.

The community on Nostalrius was something unparalleled in any servers (Retail or Private). Secondly, I wanted to thank the community. The trolls, casuals, hardcore raiders and total fuckwads. Im going to miss all of you. This community we built will carry on to other projects, and I look foward to seeing all of you again in one form or another. I know the nostalrius dev team has said nothing but nice things to blizzard, but I do ask that you not forget what blizzard did here...

1. Shut down a non-profit, fan run server.
2. Destroyed the most vibrant internet community available.
3. Deprived us of a version of the game that is no longer offered by Blizzard
4. Took our hard work, effort and devotion and spit on it.

All Im asking is that you guys at least consider not buying, subscribing or giving blizzard anymore of your money. They dont give a flying fuck about any of us.

Despite the shitload of money I have given to Blizzard over the past years, it's time to stop. No more Hearthstone and Overwatch (the only games I ended up playing from Blizz).

good riddance, if I wasn't being perma muted by the forum mods I was being bashed by a 12 year old using ad hominem rhetoric and projecting his fears of the future onto a 1 line post of mine with paragraphs of him being literally butthurt in response.

depending if the new devs working on WC3/D2 can provide more patches that prevent hackers and bots from running around with impunity I may or may not give blizz more shekels. flipping the kill switch on a private server wouldn't be enough to turn me. hashtag unpopular opinions/forum mods will approve of this post sometime in the near future.
