A true community...

by Baaja » Tue Apr 12, 2016 5:31 pm

Just wanted to mention something that struck me and made me really happy - even without the game, without the server, the community is still here. And it shows. People are spreading the word, encouraging others - keeping their battle standards raised high and pushing any way they can. Nudging Blizzard - little by little. Getting back home from work to read up on the latest developments is all I can think of!

It is great to see and really inspiring. I truly get the sense that we are not doing this for our own individual benefit, but for the community as a whole. The collectivism is there, and it is doing some great work. r/wow has really supported us with the stickies and discussions, Youtube personalities have lashed out, people are posting on the EU WoW forums pushing the pages, other subreddits such as the Old School Runescape is uniting and promoting our cause... the list goes on!

What a time to be alive. It truly brings me back - to the time I played with and FOR others. Being a solo player in a "MMORPG" is far too depressing. Human beings are social creatures, it is in our nature to bond and cooperate with others. And I appreciate being a part of Nostalrius and the entire movement. We are one collective, a true community. Looking forward to roam the world with you guys again! Until then, keep on doing our best.
