Blizzard is never going to sue on that scale, not after this outrage and popularity. Literally everyone with common sense and almost every popular streamer/youtuber is backing up Nostalrius. And even the people who never played on private servers but have common sense will get disgusted by Blizzard if they do something like this.

They won't do it if they are not retarded (which I question nowadays). Even if they win in court the money they lose because of the bad reputation after a full retard move like that is gonna be much more in the long run.
