Why hasn't nost released server code?

I'm just speculating here but is it possible that Nost was ordered by a court to not release the code + a gag order so they couldn't tell us

It's not yet 30th April. They gave a date in the latest message.

Regardless of it being released at some point it was stated the Anti bot and Anti cheat systems would not be included in the release so even if someone compiles the server without these any server is going to be awash with bots and cheaters and it is only going to divide the community as such when 100 new vanilla servers pop up
