What's the idea about the "terms of service" ?
Nost is not a Blizzard server. The T.O.S. does not apply.
There is a ( perplexing ) copyright issue with the CLIENT OF THE WOW VERSION 1.12, but this version of WoW is outdated ( unavailable ) and already bought by the customer.
The Nost server does NOT contain "Blizzards code" or a copy of Blizzards code.
The Nost server is engineered from "nothing" by using guess-work from fan-sites like Thottbot and Allakhazam. Blizzard didn't release any information.
By Blizzards statement, they have permanently destroyed "the setup" of Vanilla WoW.
How can you steal something that has been destroyed ?
You are not aware of the privacy rights of people, and "what" the Internet is.
The only ( legal ) way for Blizzard to stop people from playing version 1.12
is to merge with Microsoft and "stop" the end user by implementing code into the Microsoft ( and Apple ) OS
to stop any renditions of the "1.12 client software"
because the "end user" is the only party that infringes on Blizzards copyright.
Why don't we ask Microsoft and Apple if they want to alter their OS to prevent Vanilla from running ?
or if that is technically possible. Or. If it is legal to do ?
