Okay, thank you. There is some reasons to sign such a NDA's.
First, there will possibly be several meetings. The first at Blizzard's offices and the others on Skype for example. If they plan to make legacy servers, they cant decide it in few hours. Furthermore, if they decide to do it, and involve the Nostal team in the process, they cant solve all the questions in a single day, like: progressive server? Sub? what patch? Expansions?. The negociation would take a while.
Secondly, Blizzard would announce Legacy servers himself. If Blizz decides to open legacy servers, they wont let Nostalrius announce it. We would learn that at the Blizzcon, not before.
I think, a NDA's would be a good sign for the legacy community. Lets wait.
