Transferring Character DB from different cores is pain in ass , `cause not all goes SMOOTH .
Besides , some people got legendaries , tons of gold with exploits , bots , scams ... etc

Easier solution, if you really , tired is just to give character boost ( lvl , exp & rep)

P.S.: I personally gladly at Least with legacy servers becoming at real thing ( Threat )
