How to Subscribe to announcement forum?

Hi,

I just registered to keep up to date with the announcements on the Vanilla Servers with Blizzard news and more.
I tried to subscribe to the announcement forum and according to the FAQ I'm suppose to click on a Subscribe button in the forum in question.

I don't have a subscribe option on the announcement forum. Is there another way to do so?
