This shut down is really depressing...

Long time World of Warcraft player. I was involved with the beta before the game even came out. (I'm old now *tear* ) I am pissed that blizzard would shut down such a great resurrection of WoW vanilla. So many fans that help forge wow to what it is today.. Shafted .. Seriously, I huge slap in the face to the old fans around the world. Old Fans don't care for the present wow.. I personally think it's complete garbage and always will be. I love the old WoW and hate the handholding present WoW. I hope you guys get this vanilla server back up and running... I was remembering old times with my buddies.

Please bring it back soon fellas!

I am pissed that blizzard would shut down such a great resurrection of WoW vanilla.

Either Blizz releases Legacy, or we probably will eventually see parts of the source code powering other projects.
But none of the other current projects out there were as well-organized as Nost, imo...They did a lot of things the right way.
