Is the PVP Realm a total clusterfuck?

I first leveled on PVE server alliance to level 24. but it was hard to find a dungeon group.
so i switched to PVP server horde side. it is easy to find a dungeon group at any level.

Ganking was high in STV, but it was not that much as expected.

Really? I've had no problems at all trying to find a group for any instance.

Ganking really isn't a big deal. If someone ganks you just go to a different t area to level. I've been on the pvp realm a while and it's never been an issue.

I don't mind the ganking aspect of a PvP server because all I've ever played is PvP (retail and private). Honestly I tried a PVE server and found it very anti-climactic.

The clusterfuck that is ganking makes the pvp server actually fun. In the pve server you go out and kill mobs without much thought till you hit 60. However due to the massive population it is very possible that all methods of leveling aside from doing an instance will be unviable at a given time. Hell sometimes bored 60s will just camp you in front / on the way to instances. Especially if the instance is in Horde Protected territory.

Well, apparently, according to the infographics released on Nostalrius' birthday blog post, it takes an average of 10 days to reach 60, so I'll play PVE till 60 and see how I feel about it.

(I honestly have no idea how people manage that...)

Total clusterfuck.

I'd like to see a new PVP realm opened just so that the population is just devided a bit more.
Because having close to 13.000 people online on 1 server is a bit too much.

I love the feeling of a brand new server, where there's like no gold, no 60's yet etc.
Besides that, I'd like another shot at being one of the first 60's.
Its next to impossible to get R14 now with so many people playing.

And its just a lot of fun.
