Yes! I started over on horde side as a Tauren Druid just to make things a bit more new for me, as I've never played horde ever in WoW. So it's like I'm seeing all these zones anew. (the horde starting zones) And the TBC announcement just pushed me to make that decision. (Also Taurens look amazing in Thunderheart)

Should be fun, I think it'll be easier to obtain pvp gear as a rogue vs warrior.

I have a 40+ UD rogue.
I want to PvP and PvE aswell but i read PvP queue as Horde is boring because of pop difference and premade.
In add, i know rogue isn t really needed in raid :/
So, idk if i start a new ally char for tbc (pally/demo/mage) or if i wait for tbc to create a BloodE pally.
Do u think its will be ok to be an UD rogue at 70 ?

Rogues ARE good and needed in both PVE or PVP solo, bg's or arenas content.

"Rogue isn't really needed in raid :/" ==> Wut. I guess you mean you're currently not finding any access into a high-end progressive raiding guild. That's just because Rogue being the most overpopulated class at the moment. All places are already taken and you'll have to find a fresh new PVE one to get in a serious weekly roster.

But that may vary, including people will not longer be forced to go A for pallys or H for shamans, wich are both overplayed classes.

However, I don't think the new server will have the same impossible-to-play Premade bg's than we know here, as bg's in TBC are more of a pre-requite (plus, no longer reputation to farm) than the one and only objective to get your bis PVP set, hardcore organized players will be mostly to be find in arena's imo.

tl;dr :
UD Rogue is and will stay most overpopulated generic class in TBC
Factions should be more balanced, queue may vary from this and Premades are hopefully to diseappear

Wouldn't this make the imbalance even greater? And remember, everyone and their mother will like to be a freaking bieber elf. If anything it will be like 90% horde and 10% alliance in the tbc server.

Yeah, I realised just after launching response.
Add to that than Shaman (apparently) get a huge PVP nerf when going to TBC, draeneïs males looks unattractive for a lot of people, and Horde racials seems globally better for hardcore PVP including farming arena's.

I want both an alliance and horde character ready for TBC, but I really cbf leveling a horde to 60 on the pvp realm. Hopefully they'll announce soon that PvE realms characters can be transferred over so I can make a start.

It said in the official announcement that they'd utilize some sort of copying-mechanism. Does this mean, that the character you copy stay on the Vanilla-server or is it lost?
