WoW is easy, who need marks right? unfortunately...a lot of people do and I can't stand it when people don't focus fire so marks need to happen, otherwise...it's chaos! mobs dies at the same time instead of one after another. Ah the magic of marks, it's really underrated
This bug can be really annoying tho, specially in pugs (and you know why).
