Firstly its a player made channel so they dont support it, and if they did you would all be in the shit for breaking the ToU and not using english.
Secondly you want them to waste their time trying to translate the chinese that they most likely cant see like the rest of us when they have much more important stuff to work on.
i would rather see them control the issues of the Blank/Chinese text that is appearing in the supported public channels.
This spam is obviously aimed at the chinese as we cannot see it, you want it to go away then the chinese community need to stop paying for gold and power leveling......... this post is stupid and has not been thought through.

GM just have to make a auto ban system in this channel, they r gold farm workshops using lvl1 alt post message.
let's say make the min lvl to enter DM or WC as a guide line, just banned everyone under this lvl, who chat in the channel.

Again this is pointless, if they wanted a chinese channel to maintain they would make one themselves, the rules are clear, use the correct channels and the correct language and when shit goes down in those channels regarding gold/powerlevel selling then you have grounds to report them/complain. is there some belief here that if enough people group together and use something then it should be supported by the higher powers?

But I say it again. If you see anyone who is breaking the rules report them to Game Master. Unless the Game Masters get tickets in-game they can't know about the issue. Maybe they can apply the anti-spam filter for private chats to so that players under lvl 15 get auto-banned for spamming.

I see the point you are making and yes they might get involved if this problem is reported correctly, however given the amount of work they no doubt already have ahead of them this is unlikely.
There is however a simple way around this that requires no GM to get involved, the community who seriously use this channel can get together and create a new channel with a password, and maintain it themselves. this is no doubt what the GM's would encourage, the moment they decide to filter this private chat it opens up for everyone to demand these services from them. Again think about whats being asked here.

Note* i dont know everything about vanilla so im assuming the private chat works the same with the password and so on, havent done this myself here so if i am wrong then apologies.

i did, i play druing the china prime hours, it would be easier to get a group in chinese community.
i have vqueue, i use world/general, but consider to the large scales of chinese ppl play during that time period, using china channal is more effiently

I can only assume there is a language barrier here....... that is not a contradiction. They are a blizzlike server and like retail private channels are not supported (emphasis on the word PRIVATE here). They encourage the use of private channels for different languages because it would be arrogant not to especially on a international server.
This entire post appears to be asking for them to modify/control traffic on a private channel which of course the answer is simply no..... i dont have to go into why anymore as to anyone who has played retail and/or private this is common sense. If the topic had been created to name the accounts selling gold and other in game good which is a clear violation (screen shots and so on) then that would indeed be helpful to the GM's and action could be taken.
Suggesting that they might implement a filter to a private channel and to raise a ticket for it just encourages people to create tickets that waste the valuable time of the limited GM's.
However there is always a slight chance that they would intervene as i stated earlier (FYI this would be a slight contradiction but read it in context and it makes sense, so you know quote mining wont win you any points) because this is private and well if they want to they can, but common sense and what we have seen of nostalrius so far they would not do this just like they wont implement appearance changes.

You are correct there i also could not find it stated that it is not supported nor is it simply my opinion, its a educated guess going off the facts we have - Blizzard dont support it on retail, most blizzlike private servers dont support it, Nostalrius is probably the closest to blizzlike in the private market. put this together with the large number of posts requesting all kinds of silly non blizzlike bollocks that people think its ok to ask for that they reject on a daily basis and you have the most likely outcome to this request = no. Would be nice to see a GM post here for this guys piece of mind, i dont believe we need everything in writing from a GM to conclude that some requests are just a waste of time.

Try thinking of it like - yes ok maybe they would consider this and discuss it and work on it, but do you as a player on the server want them fiddling around with private chats for other languages when they already have so much to do, do you want too see their valuable time wasted on this when i have already provided a solution that the players can implement themselves? the more you encourage these kind of requests (that as we can make a educated guess will end the same as other non blizzlike posts with a no) the more they will keep appearing and the more work the GM's have in babysitting these posts.

I would like to add that i 100% agree with what you said in regards to the gold sellers and spammers being banned this is very important and something well worth bringing up, however this post only touched on that and the initial request in the topic is what i do not agree with. Turning this into a flame war between us is a waste of time
