then state the owner of the company is in Russia. They cannot sue you if the company is a russian company.
China's a great alternative. China doesn't believe in virtual copyright and this country is notorious for blatant rip-offs of shit. They even ripped off Disneyland.
The main problem with China - it's geo location.
That is why people creating CDN's or distribute services by regions.
