I heard that someone has contacted with nos team and want to donate servers to rebuild nostalrius in Taiwan...Maybe a new nostalrius will born of fire in future.

its not only a "maybe"

they got the letter announced it has no legal grounds, switched hoster and are still up and running. so the only reason could be that the admin is living inside france but even then there are ways around that besides moving into a different country.
