If Kronos queues are too much for you, you can play on the Vanilla-servers.org server. Really low pop right now though...

What you should do is come to terms with the fact that your char is most likely gone. If a decent server uses the old code from nost it will mostly take a good while for that to get up and running and there is no guarantee at all that they will choose to keep the chars.

If your char ever becomes available again see that as a huge bonus.
