Obviously it's not about a lawsuit and is about the possibility of hosting legacy servers. But unless it's still not decided yet, we're stuck waiting for them to announce it. Blizzard will want to announce it themselves if it's going to happen. It would be bad for everyone if Nost leaked it. Nost is not going to tweet "Blizzard agreed to host legacy servers!" before Blizzard announces it themselves.
