Anyway its entirely possible that Nostalrius didn't make a move before because they made like behind the courtain deal with blizzard like mouth to mouth deal ... You retards do realize that Blizzard doesn't sue a SERVER right? It doesn't matter what country they host the server in. They've got the entire prior development teams names, addresses and phone numbers.
