The Spam Throttle addon might work, but i don't know if it does, you could try it. It workd for the english gold seller spam

You would just type in the types of thing the gold sellers are saying into "flitering keywords"

lol the chinese are now starting to complain about the chinese gold farming, account selling, and honor farming services. wonder how the mods will responds with this one because it can't be considered "racist" now xD

We do not moderate private chat channels, that is up to the players who use them. We do ban gold advertisers. As others stated, please make a ticket of any names that advertise gold selling, power leveling or other similar services that are against our Terms of Use. Remember that you can edit your ticket and add new names if necessary.

vQueue and Spam Throttle are two addons that can be quite useful as well.
