Seriously, allocate 2 Blizzard employees to oversee the authenticity of the legacy server, charge players $25 one time to use the server, now the developers have jobs (which they deserve) and we all get what we want. Right now it's all bad business practice and waste of human resources.
Yeah I still don't understand how a small staff can run a huge vanilla server not for profit, but if Blizz does it, it will not be cost effective.

I could live with starting over since now we know that we don't live under the thread of cancellation. They should def have a nost server, but I really think they would need about 10 to 15 servers per country that plays to hold the population that is going to play on it. Who knows....

The thing that will happen is they'll write a little blog post on their WoW homepage explaining how they don't think it's profitable etc etc. Nothing else, but that or something similar will happen.

Exactly. This is the best we can hope. Don't dream guys, no legacy server. But a public announcment from a big world company like Blizzard is still a victory coming from a bunch of fat fedora nerds with their stupid nostalgia.

They think that "after 3 months" you will chill out and they will get away from this free , but they won't, only if you keep up they won't stand a chance.
Join to Peaceful Revolution and spread the word "We want Vanilla, let Nostalrius alive again" .

QFT,
I'm boycotting Blizzard as we speak, and even if they do make a legacy server deal, I'd still have to start over and level to 60 and get pre-raid bis etc. Still not sure if I'd consider, but there is a possibility I will then.
This was like an ultimate Caverns of Time instance and it will be surly missed. R.I.P. Nostalrius!
