110% Yes.

I lost allot of great items, and several lev 60 characters, but honestly, that's like the least thing I was angry/sad about, since even though it cost time, it can all be replaced (and is for the most part, fun to replace). What however can't be replaced is all the friends I made and the community it self, that's the thing I couldn't bare losing.

And I have to say, even though it would be a peace offering for Blizzard to either offer legacy servers or at least allow fan-based non profit private servers to exist, at this point, if they had any balls, they would apologize for what they did, that's pretty much the only way I would start to see them in any kind of positive light, because it's one thing to make shitty games and ruin good ones, but to do what they did to Nost.. they can go f**k themselves.

The journey in Vanilla is something I love.

This, so much

Are you stupid? Of course I would. I already have, this wasn't my first Vanilla server.

Well, i had so much, and i've lost everything, i LOVED my character...

Lets say you spend 1 year of your life constructing the house you always wanted to have, and you struggle every day, and then a hurricane passes over it and destroys everything, i feel the same.

Sure your house may be gone, but at least your family is safe. ;)

I try to explain it like this;
You're a member of a book club, consisting of 40 really really really good friends. You've been meeting every week, sometimes daily, to discuss this book you're reading. You've been reading this same, very exciting, constantly changing book for a whole year together now and you're halfway. The plot is thickening and you know something good is about to come.
And now the book is gone. The universe that consumed you and 39 others is no more. The plots you cared about, feverishly, no longer exist. Your book club no longer has any reason to meet. You and your 40 really good friends no longer have anything in common, really. You see a few of them here and there, because your kids went to the same school.

As for doing it again, I don't think I can. I've always hated leveling with a passion and the 1-60 grind is excrutiating. I am trying, on Kronos, but already at level 10 I'm so bored I want to delete the char.

I would make a female Tauren druid and name her Robotron. The sound of his gnashing teeth would power me to 60 in no time.
